One of our services that receives & processes events from Slack was down for a brief period of 6 minutes. As a result, we could not process some messages in channels that the ClearFeed Slack App was a part of. The impact of this is that reminders for messages sent during this period would not have triggered, these messages would not show up on the ClearFeed dashboard and any synchronization of messages from Slack to an external system would have failed. The issue was resolved automatically after 6 minutes.
